LISA LANE is a writer and comedian in Denver who delivers frank and funny advice for parents on the topsy-turvy ride of raising a family. The author of Beyond Mama Bear: How to Survive the Balancing Act of Parenting Teenagers and Teenagers Suck: A Memory Book for Parents During the Awkward and Awful Years, Lisa earned her degree in Keepin’ It Real while raising two sons and teaching high school English. She is a regular host, emcee, feature, and mother figure in the Denver comedy scene, as well as an announcer and voiceover actor.
